CPU matching with Motherboard

Hello I have a lonovo motherboard 36C5 and I can't find any useful Information on google beucase is a custome motherboard from lenovo. Its ddr4 and it has i5 7400 that came ready with it along 8gb ram 2400 speed. I don't know if it supports 8th gen proccecors beucae I want to buy i5 8400. is there anyway that I cn check from my computer what generations does it support? Beucase as I said there is no information at google at all
