CPU Maxed, RAM Maxed, OS Drive Maxed (Issues after Anniversary Update)

Hello,

I'm having this very odd issue that has happened twice since the Anniversary Update. Simply what occurs is that my CPU maxes out like it is 100% under load, the RAM maxes out with the full 16 gigs of RAM being utilized and my OS SSD gets completely utilized as well at 100%. All this data is coming from Task Manager.

I just cannot seem to understand why this is happening. The weird thing is that under RAM even though the full 16 gigs is being used no one program or service is showing as using a major amount. A restart fixes it.

I have a feeling its a memory leak. After the restart everything is normal after an hour of browsing but my RAM usage continues to climb. After doing nothing but opening Google Chrome, VLC and uTorrent and my RAM usage is now at 10.8 gigs used. That is way too much and I think I have a memory leak of some sort.

If anyone has any info as to why this is happening I would love to hear it because I'm stumped.

I found a solution. https://bluebluewave.wordpress.com/2014/02/27/memory-leak-in-windows-8-1-with-killer-e2200-and-windows-network-data-usage-monitoring/

Seems that driver was leaking memory causing my RAM to max out which then lead to my CPU and Hard drive trying to help it out which then maxed them out locking up my computer.

Doing that simple reg edit and I'm now web browsing at a nice 6.0 gigs of ram in use. Before I did it my Non-paged pool was at 6.1 gigs...
Mine just updated to anniversary update as well.
No problem so far.
Google chrome is using higher memory usage than usual.(This is normal especially if its 64-bit version)
Is there any torrent uploading or downloading?
Close uTorrent and see if the CPU usage drops.
