Cpu maximum load

whats the Best load allowed for CPUS

CPU's are designed to run under max load for long hours.
As long its not overheating, you'll be fine. The stock coolers usually keep them under max safe temp.

my temps usually stay around 46C at max load

Best as in most efficient? Or maybe load you mean speed?
