Hello,
Some days ago I just finished to build my new rig and I'm using this time a gigabyte motherboard for first time.
But I have a doubt, everything seems to be working as expected I'm running BIOS version F3 that came with the board now I checked on gigabyte website and there are two new release of the BIOS, basically note say Uptate CPU Microcode I don't know what is that. Do you think I should update my BIOS version or just keep everything like now?
Thanks in advance.

Solution
The Microcode refers to how the CPU communicates with the Motherboard. Updating the CPU microcode means that the update will actually improve the compatibility and functionality of the motherboards with certain CPUs. It also means that the update will allow the Motherboard to function optimally with newer CPUs.
