CPU missing cores?.

Hey all, i just got my new AMD phenom II x4 945 3.0 ghz processor. But it only seems to run 2 cores? not sure what is causing it or anything. Heck ive tryed AMD's core releaser. No luck. Please help.

Fixed, i had to go into msconfig -> boot -> advanced -> unceck "number of processors" -> make permanent.
