Im looking for a new motherboard/cpu for 500 or less, my cpu died so I’m just going to get a newer cpu/motherboard.

My specs

Gtx 1080
Msi z270 a pro
I7 7700k
16gb 2666 ddr4 ripjaws v series

I want something that can game close if not better then my 7700k along with a bit of overclocking I do have a EVGA clc 280 as my cooler for the cpu and I do design aswell in photoshop etc.. please leave your recommendations thankyou
