Cpu mobo advice

Hello.I want to make a new pc and i will keep a few parts from my old one.I will keep my 500w psu ,my r7 250x gpu and my old hdd.Now,my budget is arround 330$ for cpu+mobo and ram! I was thinking of getting an amd fx-8320 ,a motherboard arround 70$ and 8gbs of ddr3 1333mhz ram.
If anyone has a better suggestion ,it would be much appreciated.
