CPU, Mobo, RAM for Gaming/Video Editing PC

Looking for suggestions for a CPU, Mobo, RAM, Heatsink & Fan + maybe a case.
Any help would be appreciated!

Approximate Purchase Date: December-January

Budget Range: ~$500 Canadian dollars after rebates & shipping

System Usage: Mainly for gaming (no VR) @ 1920x1080 with 144hz monitor, rarely FHD Video Editing (in Adobe Premiere Elements).

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: CPU, Mobo, RAM, Heatsink & Fan + possibly a case if required.

Do you need to buy OS: No (I intend to re-use my Win7 Ultimate 64bit)

Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada

Parts Preferences:
- CPU: Wondering if Ryzen 5 2600X is the best CPU solution .. I don't want to pay more than what it goes for .. hoping for a little less.
- MOBO: Maybe ASRock AB350 Pro4 ?
- RAM: Wondering if 16 GB would be enough? Also didn't know which Freq or Latency to go with..

Overclocking: Not now, unlikely in future but maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Not now, unlikely in future

My Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 @ 144hz

Additional Comments: Want to play all the recent and near-future FPS games like Call of Dutys, Far Cry, PUBG at 60fps. Quieter is nice to have.

Why Upgrading: My current machine (i5-3570K, GTX 560, 2x8GB DDR3 2133) is too slow for current games at FHD resolution.

i'll let someone else build you a PC but if this is an OEM version of windows 7 then you will not be able to activate it on a new PC
