I'm looking to upgrade my old rig mostly because i can't edit videos anymore. I recently got a nice camera that can shoot in 4k and i can't edit it properly. I'm on a budget of about $300 but can afford more in a few weeks or so. I'm looking to cash in on some Black Friday deals but would also like to be up and running asap.

Current Build
CROSSHAIR V FORMULA-Z with fx 6350 and after market cooler
gtx 960 4g
sniper 2x8 ddr3
corsair cx600

i'm thinking
MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC
AMD RYZEN 5 2600
keep the gtx 960 4g and plan to get a 1070 down the road
keep the cx600 should be strong enough
ram i may get one stick of HyperX FURY 8GB DDR4 3200 8g and then plan to buy another a few weeks down the road
I'm hoping some of that will be on sale come black friday

Will the mobo and cpu be overkill for what i want tho and could i spend less on that to get better ram now? also any other better bang for my buck combos i'm open for (intel or AMD)

also i have plenty of spare parts and ssd's i can use laying around

CX600 is poor quality, I will suggest new CX550, good budget choice

Do you think the cx600 would power it until i can get a 1070 and then get an even better psu then. Would i see a noticeable difference if i found a deal on the 2700 over the 2600. I plan to OC and play some games also but not any AAA titles really.

When editing film in premier pro, i cant scrub through the film with out it going crazy or play it back smoothly

also that mobo has already been bumped up to $94, but your thinking a good deal on a 450 is the way to go?
