ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO Red
MSI Radeon RX 5700 GAMING X

And cant decide if go with Intel i5 (10400f or 10600k bud dont know if B460 or Z490 motherborad. Or go AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (5600x is unvavaible in my country few months) propably with B550 Tomahawk.

https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-10600K-vs-Intel-Core-i5-10400F/4072vs4079 Looks like bifference betwen them are just 8 % and 10600k is 315 $ vs 10400F 175 $ (at my country), almost double price and it doesnt look like it pays off the difference or Im wrong?
First, if you want real info, please do not pay attention to that website, since it appears they're pulling the data out a magician hat.

You asked about both 10600k and 10400F and price was not mentioned. Here, the difference in price between the two CPUs is just $84. Since the 10600k performs better, not just by 8%, it sound like a better option.

Now that you have introduced the price into the equation the 10400F is a better option.

It's really a toss up, if you want better performance in gaming go with Intel, if you want better performance everywhere else go for AMD, the difference is not that big in both, if you check CPU benchmarks here: https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-10600K-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-3600/4072vs4040 , you'll see it's not that big of a deal, I would go for a Z490 definitely so you can overclock and a 550 tomahawk is perfect, bare in mind that AMD is the cheaper option for boards too

Since the i5 10400F is a locked processor, it could paired with a B460 chipset...like a MSI B460M Pro VDH Wifi or ASRock B460 Phantom Gaming 4.

Be aware and don't be surprised if the DDR4 3600Mhz RAM, you already have, runs at lowers speed (e.g. 2933MHz or 3200MHz) with the i5 10400F.
DDR4 3600Mhz is an overclocked speed and when paired with the i5 10400F (a locked processor) it might not overclock to that speed.

Dont want slow memory when I got 3600Mhz so I go with Z490 and why put there just 10400f... so just ordered i5 10600k with MSI MAG Z490 Tomahawk... money will be, we will not.

Thx for help

Since you are moving to a different chipset, you might need a clean Windows 10 installation.
When performing the Windows setup, make sure only the disk where Windows is installed is connected to the motherboard.
You could add any other disk later on.
Let Windows install and update until no more updates are available (manually check for updates), then you could install the motherboard chipset, GPU drivers and any other drivers that might need to be installed.
