CPU Monitoring

I am looking for a program that allows me to monitor my CPU usage on both cores at the same time. I have some c2d systems that i would like to watch the cores (both) to see what effect my applications have on them. Something along the lines of the task manager but delivers performance per core. Any help?

Task manager shows both cores. You have to enable it.
