Hey again everyone!
I have a build with a GA-Z270X-Gaming K5 motherboard and was using a Intel i5 7600k in it. I tried upgrading to the i5 9600k, but the pc will not start with it in. It will turn on for a split second then off again. I know all the parts are working because I have more than one board to try this on, but I need it to work with this atx board.
I tried everything I could to get it to work and even updated the bios to the latest available version (F9c ), and it still wont turn on. I'm a bit lost because as far as I can tell, everything is supposed to be compatible here but the motherboard really isnt liking this cpu. And yes, I have it seated properly.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
