CPU motherboard LED

So I have an i5 9600k on an Aorus Pro Z390 board. When I shut down the pc, the CPU led on the board at the bottom right part turns red. Only the cpu led tho. When pc is on at windows, it is not. Any ideas? I searched at the manual but didn't find anything. Is this ok and it should be happening? Thanks.

If in BIOS, Power menu, enabling ErP, still LED on?

Haven't tried that. But what does it do?

Cutting power when pc shut down.

I can't do that since I charge my headphones while pc is off. But I don't care about the fact that it's open, I'm just wondering if it means anything.

Since turning off when board started, and system working, then no worries. It's not usual, for sure, so it should not happen, but I wouldn't associate it to a board issue.
