CPU Motherboard overheating

http://Hi Guys, when I'm playing for a longer period of time, PC overheats then shuts down. This keeps me annoying, I bought new thermal paste, even new motherboard but issue is till the same. Maybe its PSU, or the CPU is dead? Thank you. Specs attached showing situation after 10 mins of playing Watch Dogs 2

you cpu is not well cooled recheck the cooler also did you overclock temp are high .

So basically a new cpu cooler would solve my problem? What type do you suggest?

FX-8350 ha a TDP of 125 watts, so your CPU cooler is not compatible with that model.
