Cpu compatible with motherboard.
So i am upgrading my hardware and i just found out that the motherboard i was using for 2 years was not compatible with my proccesor. The pc was acting slow but it worked. Could it of caused any damage or harm. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/twsmM8

Did you check MSI for compatibility with your board and the cpu ? Is there a bios update ? Is it running at 3.5 ghz ? They are both 1050 socket. If you are not getting the proper performance from the cpu and you cant you a bios update to fix it than i would suggest getting a new board if you desire this cpu

I cant test it now as i dont have the gpu but i remember it being at 3.2ghz. I havent checked wuth msi but uk partpicker says its not compatible. Do you know another good motherboard for the parts between £100 - £55

Yeah found it here too. So is partpicker incorrect. Also why is there n/A on the 1241 proccessor chip when everything else is either 99 or 100%
