CPU & MOTHERBOARD Socket Compatibility

Will a CPU of FCLGA1151 Socket fit and work correctly with a LGA1151 Socket Motherboard ?
The parts i am referring to here are :

CPU : Intel Core i3-6100
MOBO : Asrock B250M HDV
