CPU + Motherboard upgrade or GPU ($500 Budget)

Hai all, I need some wisdom...
I want to play GTA V PC but I'm not sure if my PC will run it -- I have $500 budget and I need to upgrade should I upgrade CPU + motherboard or GPU?

Specs:
i7 920 2.6ghz procesor
GTX 560 ti
Asrock x58 extreme
Corsair CX600M

I'm not that fond with it all so I don't know how to overclock etc :/

Both your CPU and your GPU are some years old. Being that your goal is gaming, I would upgrade the GPU first, and then plan on upgrading the CPU/MB down the road.

The i7 920 is not that far behind compared with an FX8350, so you should be able to use it for a while more.
