Hi, I would like to buy an unlocked cpu, but how much can its multiplier increase and you don't need to change bclk. so why increase the multiplier must also increase ram speed, is cpu multiplier has no effect on ram? I'm new and never used an unlocked CPU.

You can usually increase the multiplier well beyond the point it can be made stable.

More specific answers would need specific information: what CPU is this? what motherboard will it go into? What cooling will go on the CPU?

Motherboard is as important as CPU since it has to deliver the power it needs when overclocked. Cooling is even more important since the CPU will operate much, much hotter.

In fact, what are complete system specs, to include case, case fans, GPU and PSU, as all of those can limit what you can do with an overclock on the CPU.
