Solution feelinfroggy777 Nov 13, 2018 Higher resolutions don't require as powerful of a CPU than 1080p. This is why at 4k there is little difference in performance between CPUs. I would go with a 2600 all the way for $160 with a cooler. You wont see any difference between it and a higher cost CPU.
