Hey everyone so I was cleaning my pc today and I took off the gpu and unplug several wires to beating things up. After cleaning pc and re-assembling everything I keep getting cpu fan error and also cpu over temperature. Please help. I have a Asus sabertooth z170 s and cooling my i7 is Corsair h100i v2.

It is plugged in and everything looks good it’s getting power too idk what else to check. Could it be anything on the power supply

All pins checked out good and there is power to the h100i v2 because there running at full speed. But there usually not this loud and running full force. When plugged into the CPU_FAN header it don’t read but has power.
