Cpu not detected by motherboard, temperature is constant

My intel DP35DP detects my Q8300 CPU as:

Intel genuine processor
Em64t capable

And is showing a constant 26.00°C for Processor thermal margin. On Ubuntu everything is fine. Should the BIOS be flashed?
