[SOLVED] Cpu not detected

So I just built a new pc and when I booted it up I got the EZ debug led for my cpu not being detected. I tried both sticks of ram by themselves and one worked. I went into the bios and changed the xmp setting up to 3200 mhz since I have 16 gbs of ddr4 ram. I put the other stick of ram back in and got the cpu undetected light yet again

Please list at least the exact motherboard and cpu but ideally list your full pc spec.

Also check you are installing the RAM in the correct slots and test with the other chip by itself as well to prove it works.
Some boards need you to install the RAM in a particular pair of slots when only using 2 chips.
