CPU: fx8350
GPU: GTX1050 ti EVGA
Motherboard: 970 pro gaming aura ASUS
Power supply: Corsair cx750 bronze

I recently redo most of my PC and as I finished putting all my parts back together I start it up and see that it is not turning on so I look at the motherboard and see that there is a red LED which shows any problems when rebooting I check the manual and see that it is the CPU, however I don't know what's wrong as it I see all brand new. I should also mention that it has a Artic Freezer 13 co CPU fan in case that matters. The CPU fan does work and doesn't seem to be doing anything out of the ordinary.

Solution
What CPU did you have in the system before?

You may need to flash your bios in order to gain compatiblity with FX chips depending on the age of your motherboard.

The AM3+ motherboards came out before the FX chips were released, and need updates to gain full support.
