cpu not working

hello everyone .. i have problem here .. i have 2 pc ..

spec pc a = pentium g4560 with gygabyte mobo
spec pc b - i5 6400 with dell optilex mobo 05xgc8

both same socket 1151 but when i try swap the cpu . pc b cant run pentium g4560 . but pc a can run with i5 6400 . i already reset bios for dell mobo but its still now working .

can someone help me on this ?

The Dell likely requires a bios update to support 7th gen cpus. Put the 6400 back in, update the bios then try the G4560
