CPU only build £1000 (Suggest alternatives/improvements)

This pc will be mainly used to run multiple accounts on the game "Runescape" this is a game which basically doesnt utilize GPU so I dont think I will be requiring a video card. My main concern is whether the cpu and the ram will be enough to handle possibly 5-7 clients running of the game at once as the game strains the CPU heavily so I'm looking for the best one on my budget. Total build is £1000 +- but if you know of something that is worth the extra £100-200 suggest it. My main concerns are on the CPU,CPU cooler and ram/motherboard as I'm clueless what would be the best bet.

Everything looks good. I don't see any problems trying to run 5 or 6 clients of runescape.

Add 8GB RAM so you have 24GB. This tells me that you need more ram and that the CPU is just fine. Overclock the CPU in case. But a GPU in addition would free the system.
