Want to "upgrade" my CPU for a few years before migrating to Ryzen have a i3 4160 and two choices i7 4770 non k version And i5 4690k the first form162 dollars And the second for 154 i Will use it as a home PC with a touchscreen for the kids (easiest way for migrating them from the iPad into the PC And make ir interesting) And for me for light work And web Browning (And gaming!) wich one should i choose, don't want to spend in another system for a couple of years thanks!

If you want it to last as long as possible, and it is not primarily going to be a gaming machine, then the 4770 is probably the better bet especially since it's only eight dollars more.

There is no substantial IPC (Instructions per clock) difference between them, both have a max turbo of 3.9Ghz and the i7 has four hyperthreads not on the i5. Pretty simple decision really.
