[SOLVED] CPU only running two cores

Help! My CPU is a i7 7700 and im only running on two cores and four processors. It’s supposed to run on four cores and eight processors. This is leading to FPS drops and slower loading times. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Check in MSConfig (type that in Cortana search)...Boot tab...Advanced options...uncheck the Number of Processors box and restart the system.
