CPU or CPU Diode?

Hi, which temp should I consider when measuring my CPU temperatures. In Aida 64 there are two measurements:
CPU
CPU Diode
Which one is the correct one?
PS: The Ryzen Master shows the CPU Diode temp.

use hwmonitor http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
that shows the correct one

you mean the cores? thats the right temperature
