CPU or GPU first?

So i have i3-4150 and r7 370 2gb, and i play GTA V.
I want to upgrade my VGA because,in GTA V i need more than 2 gb if i want go to ultra setting.
But, im affraid my CPU will get a bottleneck if i want to upgrade my vga.
So which one should i upgrade first?

You should upgrade your video card first. At least a 4GB RX470 if not a 3GB 1060.

In some games, yes. Most games, no. Either way, you would get great performance.
