That and possibly a better quality PSU, depending on what model of coolermaster that is.

hi. thanks for the fast response. my current psu is a 550 watt from coolermaster

Assuming it isn't the expensive Cooler Master V Series or VS Series, that isn't the best of quality but it will be fine. The relatively low power draw of that system will keep the PSU from being in stressful situations... Again, the GTX 1060 for 1080 gaming, or GTX 1070 for 1440 gaming.

For future reference, stick with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 PSU. This is typically XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA G2 lineup, or filtering through the list... www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

okay .thank you! I think ill go for the 1060. Are u sure ill get better fps in arma3 ?

From a GPU perspective... The HD 7950 is a good GPU, but is outdone pretty handily by the GTX 1060. For comparison sake, the GTX 1060 is on par with the AMD R9 Fury and AMD R9 Nano, and slightly above the FX 480 in performance.

Regarding the CPU, the article below shows good benchmarks with the i5-3570k at stock speeds (3.4GHz) with a large GPU. This performance level should extend to your later generation i5-4460. Should be little to worry about here. An upgrade to the i7-4770 or i7-4790 likely wouldn't net you much more than a lighter wallet. The i5 will be fine...
