I have a ryzen 7 1700x and an RX 580. I game and do youtube and twitch. Which component should I upgrade?

If you want to save a bit more you could get a 2060 which is better than a 1060. What i meant with "unless you care about performance" that the radeon gpus has more vrm but there slower than nvidias gpus. If you really need 8gb then you should get the radeon gou otherwise get the 1060 6g for better performance.

Well, your budget is 300. You could save 50 and buy a 2060 (founer edition). You could also get 1060 6g but that's not worth it unless you care about performance.
