Hey!

I currently have i3-9100F and GTX 1060 6GB on my PC aslong with 2x8 DDR4 ram sticks. Im not very happy with the average FPS in COD: Warzone (medium settings at 1920x1080 and only 70 fps).
What should I upgrade, my CPU or my GPU?

Best regards!

I think you should upgrade your CPU for now... your GPU is nice.

What is the make/model of your motherboard.
Try this simple test:
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
This makes the graphics card loaf a bit.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

I don't know that 100€ will buy you a superior cpu or graphics card, even if it was used.
