[SOLVED] Cpu or Gpu

I have 2 builds right now, both within a 15 dollar difference, I most likely will be using this build until I go to university in 2 years, what will give me the best bang for your buck potential because I don't want to waste my parents and my own money. I mostly will be playing games with mostly writing up documents as the only workload can you guys give me some feedback on the aesthetics and the whole build together

....jeez those Canadian prices. Anyway:

I would go with the AMD build. You also don't need an x470 motherboard unless you plan on running dual video cards. You could save some money picking a different motherboard.
