[SOLVED] CPU or hard drive problem maybe (Overclock)

Hi, i'm new to this forum and in some case im new to PC knowledge. Sorry for my grammars, if i don't write it correctly. My main language is Romanian. I tried to overclock my CPU, and when i changed voltage to 1.095, and to 1.200 it keeped running (The CPU voltage is 1.089 automatically) the BIOS started to lagg a bit, temperature doesn't changed, it stayed at 34C (It was 38C when i changed to the higher voltage or idk.) (I do know that i'm noob about this.) And the problem started. Restarted computer and on startup only the UEFi BIOS shows up, no Windows bootup, and Windows couldn't boot. And i went to keep the voltage at 1.089. SATA ports were enabled in the Advanced option, SATA configuration. And after this my Hard drive wouldn't show up in BIOS, in the Boot Menu too.

SATA information: SATA6G _1 (Yellow) Empty (Here i did put the Hard Drive SATA cable, 6G/s cable, Black)
SATA6G_2 (Yellow) HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NSC0 ATAPI (DVDRAM, Black 6G/s cable)
SATA3G_1 (Dark Brown) Empty
SATA3G_2 (Dark Brown) Empty
SATA mode: AHCI
DRAM Timing Control: 9-9-9-24-1
CSM: Enabled
Computer: Hanns G HQ191D
If needed i will check out the hard drive name and model. Please any suggestions. Thanks

Ok. Windows not loading could also have been a symptom of a cpu problem. There's no reason to increase the voltage to the cpu as it is multiplier locked. Not sure how the disk mode changed when you altered the voltage of the cpu but when you reset to defaults the disk mode stayed in ahci mode. I forgot about that haven't had an issue like that for years.

You could've been trying a bclk overclock to get http://

3.3ghz which can be achieved by increasing the fsb base clock from 100mhz

but you weren't trying a bclk overclock because you don't know and have an Asus h81 plus

The thumb rule of overclocking is, if you don't know what you're doing(and the system is not expendable) then don't do it. If the system is expendable and you have headroom with cooling as well as low ambients(and not too high voltages) go ahead.

Now have you tried removing the CMOS battery and replacing it after 15 mins?

Hi, yes i tried it with going for 10 minutes, i did reset CMOS battery 3 times, maybe i will go for a try for it again for 15 minute

Any tip somebody please? I really did not overclocked it. The maximum voltage is 1.920. Only temperature raised a bit, and the BIOS was laggy, and now the SATA HDD hard drive won't show up, and won't boot, even when it's plugged to the SATA6G_1, i hope that it's not a big problem.

I can't imagine how someone got a 3220 to 6.385ghz that was probably a ridiculously supercooled liquid nitrogen rig.

Also bclk overclocking can create system instability because it overclocks the memory and pci-e lanes at the same time

but it looks like there is really nowhere to go with your current board there's nothing you can do to improve matters short of spending on a newer platform.
