I play csgo a lot and get these lag spikes. Every 15-30 seconds I will freeze/stutter and won't be able to move. Whenever it happens my CPU usage spikes up as well. I cannot figure out the issue and I have tried cleaning my CPU fan as well. Please help. This only started within last few days. Not an internet issue I believe it is CPU related.

It sounds more like some internet issue than your CPU.

Do this,
Press Windows Key + R
Type: cmd
Press: enter
Type: ping google.com -t

Look at the ping
You should be getting below 30 or so every ping.
Leave it running for a while and see what results you get. If every 10-15 seconds the ping goes from 30 to 1500 or "packet dropped" then it's probably your internet causing the issue.

Check all your apps. Apparently Viber and some keyboard applications have been known to cause the issue.
I would recommend turning off other computers in the house while testing (and phones / ipads etc.)

Then turn on the all the devices while the test is running. If it spikes up with the devices on, turn them off one at a time until it goes away. (then you can isolate which is causing it.)

Let me check your CPU though, which one do you have?

What has happened recently? When this problem started did you get a new keyboard? New phone? :)

Update: ran that thing in cmd and it stayed at 32bytes exactly for the entire 10 or so minutes.
