Question "CPU or Memory Changed". CPU and Dram Debug Light

My pc wont boot so I unplugged it and pressed power button for 20 seconds. After that it turned on but it showed "CPU or Memory Changed!!! Please enter Setup to configure your system. Press F1 to Run Setup. Press F2 to load default values". I pressed F1, did not change anything in the bios then clicked save and reboot. After that my pc wont open and CPU and Dram debug light is flashing. So far I tried resetting JBAT-1 with screw driver but it still does not work.

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

RAM: GSkill Ripjaws V 8GB
