Hello!

Here are two videos with sound :

There are two videos. One is where all the things are off (gpu was out all the fans off & the AIO was off) and one with all the things are on . Same sound.

When i was updating the mobo bios the [buzzing] sound stopped for the period of update or maybe not stopped 100% but it was a lot less and for some time maybe 5 -15 sec it stopped for good.

I can't say exacly when the [buzzing] sound started cause i had a lot of problems with this pc with kernel 41 error and restarts that i changed every single component apart from the AIO and the chassis.

New components:
Aorus x570 Elite
ryzen 5800x
aorus master 3070
Corsair RM850x

All of the components are between 1 week - 1 month old.

The [buzzing] sound is only coming from the vram/cpu area, it is not coming from the psu or gpu or aio.

I tried to disable C states in bios but no change.

I would ask you to breadboard the system and then locate the source of the sound/buzzing. It might indicate that AMD made a little mistake like it did with the older AM3 platform, whereby higher power draw processors were allowed to drop into lower tier boards with inadequate power delivery areas.

BTW, can you elaborate on the issue you had prior whereby you needed to replace parts? Are you suffering from a grounding issue?

Hello! Thank you for your msg.
I had the prob with mobo with ram and cpu that was what service found out. So in the end i changed all the parts and it was not elecricity prob in the appartmant because i moved in another part of the city and the problems where still there.
New prob iz that buzzing that is not that big issue.
About the breadboard idk how to that sorry. Not that big expert. I don't even know what that means...

I didn't hear anything unusual, and I cranked the volume all the way up...

I did notice that the cpu block is upside down though; you've got the little VRM fan pointed at the gpu/PCIe slot instead of the actual VRM.
I know i can't turn it up because the position off the heatblock.
Strange,it is really loud buzzing/coil whinin in both off videos. And when i did bios update it was apsolute silence.

1)OH... I suppose there's no way around that in your situation.

2)For me - at least - that noise is normal. It's VRM frequency switching.
It shouldn't be audible over the fans - a liquid cooler pump, maybe, but not the fans.

Ok should that concerns me? I do not hear it after gpu starts workin when i start playing but in idle i can say i can hear it clearly.
