Question Cpu or mobo dead?

Hi guys.
Yesterday I cleaned my cpu fan and changed termo paste bc i saw I was overheating up to 90°. After that isaw in cpuz thet I have only 2 gb ram m. So I was ok one of them died so I turn off pc to see which but none of them worked. So I thought myb they both died. I took my pc to my friends house. He tried using new ram new power supply and new GPU but still nothing. Pc starts for a couple of seconds all fans spin and then turns down. After that it repeats process until I turn it off. When I unplug everything from mobo it doesn't beep but as soon as I put cpu it starts beeping. So I'm thinking which one to buy first new cpu or mobo? I would appreciate any help. Thank you

Well I'm not sure about motherb but
cpu is intel g530
GPU is Asus strix r9 380
Power supply is 550w
Ram Kingston 2x2 GB
Windows 10

Ram memory slot on motherboard died.
