My issue :

so my PC boots. lights and all the fans go on but i cant seem to get any display ... i aslo cant hear any error beeps cause there is no speaker inside. so i cant tell whats going on but i dont get any picture. This is a brand new PC

My Setup :

Aerocool Bolt tower
Corsair 16gb ddr4 3000 kit
gigabyte RTX 2060 super
samsung 970 evo plus
Seagate firecda 1TB
Be quiet pure power 11 500W
Ryzen 3600X
gigabyte B450 Gaming X (On the box it says AMD 3000 ready)

Things i've done :

- checked all connectors --> no issue
- 3d card in other PC --> works
- booted pc without grapics card an used internal video _--> nothing
- toke RAM from working PC --> nothing
- booted without HDD --> Nothing
- Checked CPU but no bent pins
- other monitors
- other cables

Is it possible hat the mobo shipped with faulty bios and i need to update ? i think the sticker on the box means its already done right ?

what else can i do ?

Couple things..."AMD 3000 ready" does not necessarily mean the right BIOS version (F40 or higher) for your CPU has been installed (the likely issue here).

https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/B450-Gaming-X-rev-10/support#support-cpu

Also, the Ryzen 3600X lacks an integrated GPU, so the video ports on your motherboard will not produce a video signal, at all. You would need a Ryzen model ending in "G" for those ports to function.

your CPU doesn´t provide a video output via the motherboard´s video connectors, so that´s normal not to be working.

Is the video cable connected to the GPU and not the motherboard?

Did you connect all power cables, like
ATX12V 8 pin,
main plug 24 pin ,
PCIe 8pin (GPU)

RAM is installed in DDR4_1 and DDR4_2 (for two sticks)

clear the CMOS (BIOS reset) by shortening the two clr_CMOS pins while power is disconnected

Did you install the RTX 2060 in the upper PCIe slot?
Try the lower one

Ok so i'll have to check if the newest version of the bios is installed ...

all video cables are connected to the GPU
all power cables are conneceted
i inserted the RTX in the upper and lower

i'll double check with the RAM . i currently have the CMW16GX4M2C3000C15 vegneane RGB Pro kit. normally this should be ok right ?

how do i short it the CMOS ?
