CPU or RAM

Hey guys , i have i5 3470 atm CPU and 8gb 1600hz of ram, i am thinking of upgrading either RAM or CPU, which one do you recommend to do , CPU will be i7 3770k , and RAM crucial ballistix sport 1600 MHz

at my local market RAM is 51.26 US Dollar ( used )
and CPU is 98.58 USD ( used) but i have to give him my old one

Yea mostly, atm GTx 660 , but going to get 1080 ti , in 2 month, and MB is z77a-g43

Then go for the 3770k. Bear in mind youll need a better cpu cooler if you are using the stock cooler for the i5.
