[SOLVED] Cpu or socket faulty.

So long story short. my cpu got bit out of placed and now The CPU or socket causes it not to work. I am guessing broken pin? So my question is can it be fixed or should i just get a new cpu /motherboard? The CPU is a i7 8700 and idk what motherboard since this was a prebuilt pc. Gosh how do i upload pictures

How on Earth did you end up with a bent processors PCB? Is it the angle at which you took the picture? The left of that picture for your processor looks like it's arched downwards(or upwards).

Also, can you parse a better quality image of your CPU socket? If the pins are yet there, you can bend them back in place but you will need to be super duper careful.

Considering it's an i7-8700(and it's not dead) then you can look at a Z270 chipset motherboard.
