CPU over Heating

i went to my task manager and saw that my cpu is 100% and theres a program called winsetupt with the t and it is using all my cpu then i have to end then cpu goes back to normal anyone help please?

To me it sounds like it's a virtual currency miner have you been downloading bad torrents? I know microsoft does have a file winsetup for deployment, but never heard of winsetupt sounds like someone created it to try to hide it. Personally i would search for the file on your computer and delete it. Also scan for malware and rootkits. I would recommend Sophos rootkit removal, malwarebytes and combofix (if you're on windows 7).
