I have no idea what's wrong with my computer at the moment, for a while Ive had my i7-4770k clocked at 4.3ghz at 1.25v cooled by a corsair h100i, one day after using it I turned it off nd everything was fine, I go to use my computer the next day and now my cpu temperature has sky rocketed and idles at 50c and when I try to do anything that would be a high load, for example cine bench, the temperature would reach almost 100, it would either crash or if I was quick enough I could end the benchmark. Please someone help I have no idea what's wrong.

Specs:

Corsair h100i
Msi mpower max motherboard
4x4gb corsair vengeance 2400mhz ddr3
Gtx 1070

If the rad doesn't get warm at all then it's likely the impeller has come loose and only the shaft it turning. This is why I hate aio coolers. Adds additional points of failure that are invisible, but if it was fine and no longer is unless the cpu block came loose then you need a new cooler
