Question CPU over-voltage error ?

So I just got my PC today I ordered from Newegg I got it all set up and now I’m having a CPU over-voltage error. I’ll be honest I’m 100% new at a scenario like this.
The PC hasn’t gone over 49 C but I just know that over voltage can damage a PC and would like to find a way to resolve this ?

Tuf Gaming B460M Plus
Intel I7 10700F 2.9GHZ
16GB DDR4 Ram
RTX 3060
