Cpu over voltage

So i upgraded my cpu from i3 2100 to i7 3770k after going through some issues like the motherboard not detecting my gtx 1050 ti .. I managed to make it work.
Stressed the cpu and the temps were between 95-97 c with the stock cooler so i ordered the hyper 212 evo then checked the voltages with the bios and it's 1.524-1.514 v ... So is this normal ? Or incorrect reading ?
Motherboard : h61m-s2p falshed to the lastest version
Psu : hec 650w
So should i be worried if these voltages are correct ?

Solution
Yes try flashing the BIOS again and make sure to Flash the correct version since that mobo have "rev. 2.1 rev. 3.0 and rev. 2.0" and if that didnt work then try flashing to older BIOS.

You will definitely have voltage control on z77 chipset but the CPUS are programed to not use more than default voltage, try resetting BIOS by shorting the PINS on motherboard and reset default after you boot into menu.

I already resetted the bios / cleared cmos and removed the battery but nothing seems to work even cpu z is reading that the voltage is 2.436 v ..... I guess i should flash the bios again ? I don't know
