Question CPU OVER VOLTAGE

So i change my graphs card, since them it says that i have an error with the core voltage( it's said that is 2.7v) However if i run ROG cpu-z everithing looks good( it shows menthagnis on 1.3)
how can I fix it?

Did you use DDU to remove old drivers before installing new GPU?

Because drivers are most probably different and should be replaced with proper ones. DDU
https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
allows you to uninstall drivers and clean up all vestiges of it.
Download drivers for new GPU first so you can install them after DDU finishes it's job.
PS. Which are old and new GPUs ?

If it's a decent make and model PSU, it should be quite enough. Some lesser ones may not be able to supply as much power as they claim.
Another less frequent problem could be that PSU is not single rail, but has a rail dedicated to CPU only.
