CPU Overclocked now game crashes

recently i overclocked my i5 6600k to 4.5ghz and my ram to 2666mhz but now rainbow six siege freezes at the start of the game i turn off my overclock and no crash however there's no overclock ideally id like to stil have my overclock but not have the game freeze any suggestions????

im using a manual overclock i used aida 64 to stress test and all was ok

Can you check the CPU temp? what voltage is on CPU? HWinfo is a good tool.

my cpu is currently as about 40 degrees and my voltage is about 1.290V

try 4.0 G first then.
