Hi everyone, thanks for looking into this for me. I am kind of confused with my overclocking temps right now. according to Core Temp 1.0 RC4, my maximum temperature on my AMD Phenom II 960t (Thuban, 2 locked cores) at 3.9Ghz with a .025 voltage increase is only 42C. I have a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 mobo, AMD cool n quiet OFF, and turbo OFF. I am using ycruncher to maximize my CPU load. I just want to know if these temps are correct, because in BIOS it says my CPU temp is 32-33C, but on Core Temp it idles around 24C. I find these temps extremely low personally.

Also I have a Thermaltake Frio Advanced (CPU cooler), with Masscool Shin-etsu G751 (Thermal Paste), and a Corsair 300R with 4 fans.

A 3C delta is a bit on the low side, but isn't completely out of the question. It seems you have a very efficient cool running CPU. I think you got lucky :)
