CPU Overclocking Difference In Voltages

CPU-Z says what i have set in BIOS (1.261) but Aida64 says (1.288) which one should i trust more ?

If the BIOS and CPU-Z show identical values and Aida64 is different, then I'd presume the BIOS and CPU-Z are correct. Depending on your CPU, you could also use Intel XTU or AMD Overdrive to check it.
