CPU overclocking is not going good

up untill i had my HD 7990 3 months ago.. the oc on my FX 8320 @ 4.6 GHz @ 1.45 V was working with no problems..

i had an unfortune incedint where i was trying to bleed out the bubbles from my water loop and the case got away from me and hit the wall.. ending up with a dead brand new 7990 and this problem appeard short after.

i had to reset my OC but when i came back to OC.. i did everything i shud do (which will be shown in the pics)

stress test was ok and everything looked ok.. except with one thing.. flash content.. everytime i run anything with flash.. PC locks up.. LoL.. YouTube.. any flash based ads.. lock up immediately.. i down clocked to 4.3 and the issue seemed to have stopped.. altho it happened once again at that clock but the point is.. something is wrong and i cant really point a finger to it.

AMD FX 8320
Asus Crosshair V Formula Z
8GB Corsair Vengance 1866Mhz
Samsung 840 500GB SSD
Asus R9 290x on water
Corsair AX860 PSU
